CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
In order to sign on with us for a custom wedding invitation suite package, all clients must provide a 50% of total cost, non-refundable retainer payment.
The remaining payment balance of 50% is due after clients sign off on their wedding invitation suite artboard, agreeing to go to final production {ordering all materials, printing, assembly, postage, and mailing).
in addition to RESERVING YOUR SPOT IN OUR SCHEDULE, The initial 50% retainer fee is in place for the design time we spend working on your custom artboard.
by saving a specific date for you, we are relinquishing other potential client projects, making retainer payments non-refundable.
canceling your order before printing: no additional payment is required unless additional design services were added to your package. if that is the case, you will be billed for that time.
the suite has been sent to production: no refunds will be sent.
